By downloading, accessing or using the Mailin application, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. About Mailin
Mailin is a mobile application that provides communication, account, payment, rewards, referral and subscription features. Mailin may update, add or remove features as the service develops.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your country, and you may not create an account for another person without permission.
3. Subscriptions and plans
Mailin offers subscription plans with different amount ranges, membership benefits, star levels and referral commission rates. Plan details shown on the Plans page are for information; the plan catalogue and applicable terms displayed in the mobile app at the time of subscription control. You are responsible for reviewing your selected plan and payment amount before confirming.
Payments and subscription activation may require verification. A plan is not active until Mailin confirms the payment and activates it in the app. Refunds, cancellations and plan changes are handled according to the applicable in-app process and any specific payment terms presented to you.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Mailin to break the law, impersonate another person, harass others, distribute malicious content, interfere with the service, manipulate referrals or attempt to access another user’s account. We may suspend or close accounts involved in misuse, fraud or activity that puts the community or service at risk.
5. Money and third-party services
You are responsible for confirming recipient details before sending money and for complying with applicable financial laws. Payment providers, app stores and other third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies. Mailin is not responsible for services or content controlled by those third parties.
6. Changes and contact
